To put it simply, kombucha is fermented tea. Maybe that sounds strange, but think of all the delicious fermented foods you have every day: pickles, yogurt, bread... beer. It’s just another tantalizing treat to add to your repertoire.   

 

And no, it’s not made with mushrooms. Our kombucha is made with three primary ingredients: water, tea, and sugar. Various herbs and fruits are also included to create each individual flavor. No juices or artificial flavors are added, ever!
